I’m Abhishek Matad—a dancer, choreographer, actor, artistic director, and someone who simply can’t stay away from the stage. My journey began with movement, but it quickly became something bigger: a way to connect with people, tell stories through Camera & Media Which Bought Lots of Colors & joy.
I’ve had the privilege of training and teaching dance for over 15 years now, across age groups and styles. What I’ve learned is this—art can heal, and dance has the power to transform both performers and audiences.
My dream? To become a name that lives on—not just in applause, but in the memories and emotions I leave behind. To be remembered not just as an artist, but as an experience.
From Passion to Performance
MY JOURNEY IN ART
My love for dance and acting began in childhood without even realizing it, I was being pulled toward the stage. In 2009, that passion turned into a profession when I started Stepz Dance Factory. As I danced, I discovered my unique style, which led to choreography opportunities in schools and colleges across Karnataka, impacting over 25,000 performers.
Along the way, my expressions led me to acting, and the applause encouraged me to explore roles in music videos and films. Eventually, storytelling through dance led me in a direction where I now bring stories to life through movement and the camera.
